I’m setting this blog up to focus on “techy” things that relate (or sort-of relate) to software development - with a (natural?) focus on the things I do in my work life. Right now that includes Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing. On top of that, I’ll use this as a place to kick the tires on new (to me) technologies and document the growing pains that go with such learning experiences. First on deck: Ruby on Rails.
I’ve decided to create this as separate from my main “life” blog because I have grand visions of this becoming a resource/reference for others who may have a more focused interest than BMK offers.
