Can’t (Anti) Trust It

Taking a page out of Fidel Castro’s playbook, "The Recording Industry" is washing crap-tastic CDs on our shores, fullfilling the technical requirements of an antitrust settlement. They are using this as an opportunity to unload some of their Not-So-Greatest Hits, including 73 copies of a "Christmas with Yolanda Adams for the San Francisco Public Library. Hurry up and get on the waiting list for that one, boys and girls.
The barf-0-rific quote from the article:
"One hundred and six copies of Lenny Kravitz might be overkill," Rosenblum said. She said the library might keep extras in storage, in case they are needed later, or give them away as prizes to children who participate in summer reading clubs.
Apparently the editor cut the part where Rosenblum went on to say that the Dresden bombings may turn out to be beneficial — only time can tell.
