Tim McMahan gives us all the gory details of Saddle-Creek Records new venture, "Slowdown" – a club/film space set for construction in the nascent NoDo* area in Omaha. On top of the label’s offices and lounge area,
The overall project includes a two-screen independent movie theater called
Filmstreams run by entrepreneur and NYU grad Rachel Jacobson, seven retail
spaces (managed by Saddle Creek), and a 32-unit condominium complex developed
and managed by Bluestone.
