David Francis Readings

Posted on July 30, 2005 by Tito

The latest heads up comes from Southern California, where it never rains and the Variations are Elegant. Mark at TEV alerts us that David Francis will be doing some readings in the Bay Area for his new novel The Great Inland Sea:

  • Book Passage in Corte Madera on Wednesday, August 3 at 1 p.m.
  • Black Oak Books on Shattock in Berkeley on Wednesday, August 3 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Capitola Book Café in Capitola on Thursday, August 4 at 7:30 p.m. (1475 41st St. Capitola 90510)

Previously, Mark talked to David as part of his 3-Minute Interview series. So far, I’ve been yet to be mislead by Mr. TEV. Thanks to his site’s suggestions, I’ve enjoyed Banville’s The Book of Evidence, Lipsyte’s Home Land, and Monica is currently enjoying Millet’s Everyone’s Pretty, and I got dibs when she’s done.
