Via boing boing, a proposed Indiana law would criminalize any who become pregnant by means other than sexual intercourse, preferably while all parties involved wear a Larry Bird jersey. As boing points out, this would lead to the tricky situation where the Mother of the Son of Man would be in flagrante, while legal scholars and theologians debate whether “Veni, Sancte Spiritus” is considered entrapment.
