Bumbershoot, ho!

M and I will be making our semi-regular (irregular?) trek to Seattle this Labor Day weekend for Bumbershoot.
The Stranger has their guide.
Seattle Weekly has one, too.
I’ll go ahead and ask the internet for any suggestions on who to see/skip (gladly taken in the comments or email). Too bad Wu Tang and Ted Leo couldn’t take one stage together.

The Frames–I really really really like their stuff, not sure how they’d be live, but yessir.
Gogol Bordello–If you haven’t already you should. If you have already, you already know.
Andrew Bird–yes, especially if Bowl of Fire or parts thereof stands near him.
Apples in Stereo–I like this, but only because I’m a sucker for psych-pop.
